Allow pop-ups for payments

Stripe checkout opens in a new tab. If pop-ups are blocked, the Subscribe button may look stuck.

Chrome

1. Open Chrome Settings.
2. Go to Privacy and security, then Site settings.
3. Open Pop-ups and redirects.
4. Add https://docs.google.com to Allowed.
5. Retry Subscribe in the add-on.

Edge

Edge uses the same pop-up settings as Chromium-based browsers. Follow the Chrome steps above, then retry Subscribe.

Still stuck?
